Repairs and maintenance your team doesn't have to chase.

DML Property Solutions is a maintenance contractor for letting agents, managing agents, portfolio landlords and facilities companies. We take the job, arrange access with the tenant, document the work and invoice it against your reference. The only time you hear from us is when we say it's done.

Why agents move to DML

Your contractor shouldn't create more work for your team.

Most agencies already have someone. They change when the jobs go quiet, the paper trail is thin, or the contractor starts talking to the landlord. Here is what we do about each.

The usual frustration
How DML handles it
The contractor doesn't respond
We make contact the same day on every instruction, prioritising emergencies.
You're chasing tenant access
We arrange it and confirm the appointment back to you. If access fails, you hear it from us the same day.
The job isn't documented
Photos before and after, plus a short written note of what was done and what it cost.
Costs creep up
Anything over your authorisation limit is quoted before we start.
The landlord asks what happened
You already have the photos and the note to send on.
The contractor approaches your client
We don't. Landlords and tenants we meet through you stay yours.
Several trades are involved
One point of contact and one invoice.
Business instructions only

Your client stays your client.

DML works for businesses that manage property: letting and managing agents, landlords who run their own portfolios, and facilities companies. You own the client relationship. We do the work.

  • We never take a job around you.
  • We don't quote your clients directly.
  • We don't send reports or invoices to anyone but you.
  • We don't advertise to homeowners.

About the business

DML Property Solutions Ltd is led by Daniel Gill, with over 30 years in the trade across residential and commercial property in South Wales, alongside Luke Brooks as co-director. A team of multi-trade tradespeople, an apprentice and admin support covers the day-to-day jobs. The company is registered in England and Wales, company no. 16943315.

We deliberately don't chase homeowner work. The whole business is built for repeat, referenced, invoice-based instructions from agencies and contractors. That's why the process above exists at all.
